How do you match dogs into groups?
By temperament and energy first, size second. A boisterous puppy won't be walked alongside a nervous senior dog — groups are built slowly, over several solo visits, before any dog joins one.
Do you take dogs off-lead?
Only once we've built up trust and confirmed reliable recall with you — many dogs get there within a few weeks. Until then, we use a long line in open space.
What areas do you cover?
Jesmond, Gosforth, Heaton and the surrounding areas of Newcastle. Get in touch if you're just outside — we're often able to make it work.
What happens if my dog is unwell?
We're pet first-aid certified and will always call you first. For anything serious, we have a working relationship with a local vet practice for emergencies.

Do you design before you quote?
Yes — every job starts with a design visit and a scale drawing, so your quote reflects an actual plan, not a guess.
How far in advance should I book?
Spring and summer fill up fast — we'd recommend getting in touch from January for work you want completed by June.
Do you handle planning permission?
For anything that needs it (larger structures, boundary changes) — yes, we handle the application as part of the design phase.
What's your typical project size?
Anywhere from a single patio to a full rear garden rebuild — most projects run £3,000–£25,000 depending on scope.

No — you only pay for the work carried out, quoted before we start unless it's a diagnostic-only visit.
Q02How fast can you respond?
45 minutes on average within our 20-mile coverage area for genuine emergencies — leaks, no heat, no hot water.
Q03Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, registration number displayed above — always ask to see this before anyone touches your gas appliances.
Q04Do you guarantee your work?
All labour is guaranteed for 12 months, and new boilers carry the manufacturer's warranty of up to 10 years.
